Angela Van was born in Hong Kong and began ballet at the age of 5 at the Jean M. Wong School of Ballet.  After graduating from school, she went on to study classical ballet at the Hong Kong Academy of Ballet full-time. During her 2nd year of dance she received a scholarship from the Urdang Academy of Dance in London, England.  She finished her ballet training at the Royal Ballet School in London, England.

Angela Van danced professionally with 'The Hong Kong Dance Education', 'San Francisco Dance Centre' & 'American Festival Ballet'. She has taught full-time at the Jean M. Wong School of Ballet, Hong Kong Dance Centre and Mission Dance & Performing Arts. She is married with two children, Grace and David.

文老師生於香港，自5歲開始於香港著名的王仁曼芭蕾學校習舞一路通過初 級至高級的英國皇家芭蕾舞考試，

並以優異成績獲取考試文憑。畢業後，為求更上一層樓，遂考取香港芭蕾舞學院加以深造。

其間更獲取英國URDANG Academy of Dancing 奬學金至英國倫敦留學。最後畢業於英國皇家芭蕾舞學校。

文老師曾於「香港敎育舞蹈團」、「三潘市舞蹈劇場」、「美國節日芭蕾舞團」擔任職業舞蹈員。

之後投身於教育工作，欲將自己畢生所學傳授於有興趣的大眾，先後任職於「香港王仁曼芭蕾舞學校」、

「香港舞蹈學校」、「米慎舞蹈學院」擔任全職老師。由於教學認真，深獲學生喜愛，並有耐心運用方法讓學生喜歡芭蕾舞蹈。

現育有一子一女嘉璇及嘉偉。
